Write to us at support@mydiycalc.com. Corrections to a calculator are the messages we act on fastest — if your product's label says a different coverage to the one we use, send us the product name and the figure and we will verify and update.
What to include
- The calculator or guide page your message is about
- Your measurements and the result you got, if it is about a calculation
- The product and label coverage, if you are reporting a coverage difference
Response times
We are a small operation and reply within a few working days in most cases. We cannot advise on individual structural, roofing or regulated trade projects — for those, a qualified local professional is the right contact.
